Private Individuals - Land (UK & Europe)

We provide the highest level of repatriation services for private individuals who find themselves in the situation where they are booking a private ambulance themselves. We will explain every part of the journey, what is involved and what the clients need to do. We ensure we are flexible to meet your needs as no two transfers are the same.

Our experience includes repatriations all over the UK, France, Spain and other European destinations with some staff having experience of hundreds of repatriations. Our team will assist you all the way from pre booking to the final mile.

Private Individuals - Airport

We are perfectly located for airport transfers from Gatwick and Heathrow as well as local airports in the South East and are experienced in airside transfers as well as pick ups through the normal channels. We can then repatriate all over the UK to ensure the patient gets home safely.

Our medical repatriation team are highly trained and professional. We are able to provide state registered paramedics, nurses, IHCD technician's or advanced first aiders depending on the nature of the repatriation.

Our insurance covers us for blue light use airside if necessary.

Assistance companies

We work for various small and large assistance companies, many of which are members of the BMESF, providing timely and professional repatriation cover. Our teams work 24 hours and cover the whole of the country, ensuring the insured patient gets the level of cover they expect.

We have dedicated repatriation vehicles with forward facing stretchers, trauma walls and pressure reducing mattresses providing extra comfort, along with climate control, mood lighting and on-board entertainment. Insurance and satellite navigation for European travel are of course in place.
